Georgia, Fort Frederica - June 14th - June 15th, 2017

Radar and I explored Fort Frederica in great detail this morning while Captain Carter worked on some maintenance issues such as figuring out what was wrong with the Honda EU2000.  He ended up taking the entire thing apart to find that there was an issue with the 'hidden' fuel filter and then problem solved.

Meanwhile, Radar and I explored the Fort.

View of the Fort from the water.

The Landing.  When we first arrived the water was much lower making for a seriously hazardous entry, especially while carrying a dog!  The sign says caution for very good reason!
The welcoming committee!

After walking through some very tranquil grounds, I arrived at the Fort.
Radar and I interrupted more deer as they were having lunch.

And back on the road again.  Time to cross the first of what will be many sounds through Georgia.
