End of 2 year Hiatis - We're back! Dec 2021

After 2 years and a few delays of our departure date, we have finally made it back to Florida and the Archimedes.  We left the Arc on the hard at Gibsons Dry Docks in San Mateo 2 years ago and have only visited it a couple times.  It looks just as expected but...just a tad dirtier this time since it was a longer time of neglect.  We arrived Friday afternoon and we won't be moved into the work area until Tuesday.  It is Monday evening and we have been without power and water for the entire weekend.  Carter did haul 6 or 7 jerry cans of water and poured them into our tanks which has gotten us by so far.  He also got the generator out yesterday.  Tomorrows weather forecast is for 100% rain and in the 50s-60s.  We want to pressure wash before settling into our spot so...cold day tomorrow, if they even decide to move us in the rain.

But, there is a nice walk for the pupster!

Here are a couple pictures of the boat yard and surroundings.

The bathroom at Gibson Dry Docks.
The WORST EVER that we have run across at a marina or boat yard.

Their way of insuring you don't overstay your welcome.
