We are nearing the end of the painting part of this maintenance season and the Arc looks pretty good. The Captain is doing a fantastic job! It has taken a little bit longer than we had planned but we have had to stop and work/live life a little bit in between. It's all good.
From final paint on the freeboard and barrier coat on the hull....
To freeboard completely finished except for the gunnel......
and two coats of antifouling bottom paint on the hull.
Although...we still have to bottom paint the very underbelly and the gunnel.
That's on schedule to begin tomorrow morning.
We also have to decide on what to do with the rub rail.
The boat name goes on the stern tomorrow!!
